blader and penes stinging disconfort

I been having a stinging and burning sentation in my blader penes and tip of penes, I 've been sufering from urination disconfort for at list 10 to 12 years it started in my early 20s, at first it was tough to be a std but further test show not to be an std, but prostate inflamation cousing me disconfort urinating as well as frecuent urination.

I am 34 years old now and I still suffer from the same syntoms yet. this sensation often happen periodicly on and off, i visit my primary doctor every time I get this disconfort wich is aproximaly every 3 to 4 months sometimes at an earlier time if I drink enouth alcohol althouth i am not a heavy drinker non drugs user. my doctor prescrivbe me  antibiotics called doxicicline 100mgs symtoms would go away for some time.

Well now I have been fealling same,I went to the ER about 10 days ago tested for but clear given doxicicline 100 mg did work for some time about 15 days fineshed all meds but disconfort continus, now i also feal so off a worm sensation in my rectum as well as a burning and stinging sensation in my penes and bladder and frecuent urination after a selsual intercouse with a wamen other than my partner please  let me know what could be.
