Well the doc and I finally got to talk to today and I showed him all my research that I did and my medical history and has finally agreed that xanax is my best fit. He feels that I show no signs of dependecy on the medication and know how to take myself off of the meds if I feel again that I can do without (since I have done that 3x in the past). So I am happy and a little less stressed about not having to try the only two meds left I had not tried. Glad that someone finally understands that I am not some "pill popping addict" and not trying to sell my meds that I truely only take as needed and understand fully all about the medication and the research on it over long periods of use.
