I put an end to the scare

Being a nurse is NOT benefiting me in this pregnancy... I am sooooo paranoid but in this case I was glad I gave in to my fears and went to the hospital. I got to the hospital 9:45am and and saw a Dr. at about 12:30pm. I was spotting (brown) since Monday (I did do the 'nasty' on Sunday nite, cramping (although I had intermittent cramps from the beginning) and felt like I was losing my symptoms (other than my fantastic mood swings... lol). Turns out that I was super dehydrated and it took 5 IV bags of NS to partially fill my bladder! Why did I need to have a full bladder? To get a pelvic u/s of course! So I finally got to see my little TimBit and he/she was measuring at 6wks5days (crown rump length= 5.1 mm) and had a HB of 113/min! I was so happy! I really am a super pessimistic and thought the worse. Unfortunately, I do have a subchorionic  hematoma on my uterus (measures less than 1ml in amount). Not sure what all that means yet but I'll do my own research then bring to the attention of my doc and see. But I'm super happy and super excited!
