CFS maybe?  ruped disc and other that is causing my severe pain...going to sleep again....geez

I can't stay awake any longer...no I did not take anything to make me go to sleep... I am going to the Mental Health on Thursday...we are going to talk about Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, it is also in the realm of depression...I have disc that are rupturing in my neck and lower back...I also have to have surgery on both my shoulders for other problems...rotary cup damage and torn tendons and ligaments...I also have cysts on my ovaries and they have wanted to take them out for years...I just can't I want another baby...I have been waiting on getting disability for a long time...so I can get my surgery's that I so desperately need ...my therapist wants to help me get it...we'll see...hugs to all good night
