Well coming up on 90 days and I'm definately getting a bit of PAWS cycle. From what I've read this is pretty much right on time. Symptoms are, I'm a little mentally "out" of it. Concentration and focus are down. It feels like the anxiety "elevator" is on it's way up a little. Energy is down quite a bit. Irritability is up. I'm a little short-fused.
I'm sure though that it's not nearly as bad as it was at 30 days and 60 days. Compared to early on this is a walk in the park. At this rate of improvment I really believe tha a few more cycles and I'll have it beat for good.
It's good to be I'm fully aware of it though. Aand I know that I need to excercise my way through it, watch my diet, and make sure I get right at 8 hours sleep. If I stick to the routine I'll really minimize the effects.
