I've been staying at my moms for a bit and she didn't own a scale. Finally went out and bought one yesterday and stepped on it. The pounds are starting to come off. Thankfully! Apparently only eating fruits, loads of vegs, little protein (fish mostly) and egg white omelets is paying off. It was hard at first, but its getting easier. And I even feel better.
Mom and I are doing this together and I think thats making a big difference. She needs to lose some weight and we motivate each other. And I get to learn to cook!
