Nausea & head feel really ill today

I think it is one of those days today, I feel quite ill today. My stomach is feeling so off, I keep feeling really nausea, my head feels so hungover & buzzing, just do not feel right at all.
Just wish my face/neck would stop itching, cannot get alot of sleep because of it.
