Memory Loss

Now instinctivily I know I'm not crazy, but this memory loss and an inability to remember 'how' to type IS!!!!
I want the numbness and tingling and shooting pain in my eg (all right side) to STOP.
The 'waves' come in the night, I sweat and then the numbness and pain in the morning and by mid afternoon I am exhausted...it's driving me crazy not knowing what's wrong with me. My right eye hurts all the time and waters constantly, it's hard to open my eye in the morning too...whatever next.
1 week to go until my Neck and Shoulder MRI, but I don't hold out much hope at this point.
