Shaky and weak

Hi,  I just responded to a message from you, but I didn't read your story here.  I'm proud of you for being brave enough to talk to your doctor.  I think a lot of people are scared to do this and end up in a worse spot.  I just try to think of it like every single minute is that much closer to the end.  every single minute that goes by is closer....

But you don't know that for sure sweetie.  It could get worse before it gets better and I don't want you to have to go through what I did.  I know I lost 6 lbs in 5 day because I couldn't eat just the smells made me sick.  I know I don't even know you but I am concerned for you because I know exactly what you are going through and it is horrible!  So please please if your going to the doctor tomorrow discuss it with them they may agree you may be far enough through it but if now weaning off would be a whole lot easier on you trust me I'm doing it right now and I didn't want to get back on this horrid drug either but my body could not stand any more it was just to weak I could barely walk.  I will be thinking about you and hoping and praying you will be okay and you will get through this just fine.

Hi Sarah,
I just wanted to write and check on you to see how you are doing?  I hope you are okay.  I am doing really well so far on the wean off program but I will be dropping another 2.5 mg on either Saturday or Sunday which ever day my fiance will be here in case of a panic attack.  I believe I will be fine though.  I may feel a little discomfort but I know the Lord is here holding my hand and walking me through it I can feel it.  After crying out to him for help and asking him to walk with me through it I knew he was here.  I'm just really concerned about you and how you are doing since you are trying to go cold turkey.  Please write me back and let me know how you are doing.
