Okay so I started the week off great by going on a Mayo Clinic Diet, it is typically two days of fruit/veggies and then protein is added in. I celebrated my 40th on Saturday, not condusive to this diet as I was whisked away which was awesome but I couldn't plan fo rmy diet. So needless to say the five pounds I lost by Friday, I have successfully gained in addition to another five. SCREAM, any ideas or solutions
