So today I start my exercise. I've been workng in on it every now and then like maybe once a week r so just some little things, but hopefully having to write it down will get me more into doing it. I seem to be on that edge between normal and over weight (says the BMI chart) but most family and friends say I just need to tone my muscles. A little excerices, ans watch what I eat (I'm a little too inot junk food ;) ) and I should be fit in no time. So today it begins =)
