sore feeling swollen throat, smooth spots on tongue and more WHAT IS IT?

What's Wrong with me

ok for the past month I have had a sore, swollen throat. At first I hought it was just a sore throat cause my sinus have been acting up. Well, the past few weeks I have had bad breath (I brush my teeth(front, back, top and tongue) I have also noticed some smooth spots on my tongue (they change day to day, size and shape) than I realized some little red spots on my tongue with white rings around them, I have also been feeling naucious a lot, now for the past couple of days my gums have been sore. I am extremely worried and scared. I don't know what it is I know your going to say go see a doctor and I will I was just wondering if anyone could give me some sort of idea as to what it is and if it sounds serious to you. I sure hope and PRAY its not serious. God Bless each and everyone.

Have you considered a yeast infection, also when my daughter was about eight it sounds like the same thing she had, it was a herpes infection in her mouth, I know when you say herpes you panic but its a differnt strain,her mouth looked so bad it looked like someone put their ciggerette out in her mouth, she ran a fever and was so fratigued.
