So I am sitting at my desk working. I checked my pulse and it seems within nomal ranges but it feels like my heart is pounding. Thats was normally happens, the beat rate will seem fine but it feels like my heart is just pounding. I can even see my chest thumping. I have not took my beta blocker today yet. I try to take it at night. Also I am very tired as usuall. Its so frusterating.
