What should I do?

Just about a month ago, I was arrested in Remember When restraunt. This girl that worked there knows me and we never talked in school. I was arrested for under age drinking in the restraunt when they don't even sell it there. Everybody was on her. The whole town is mad at her for having me arrested. Even her mother and her boss was yelling at her for snitching on me. Anyway, I went in there today and she was working nobody else except for her boyfriend and they had nobody eating in the dinner either. I went back to the smoking section. I ask for french toast and coffee, so I got it. I think she spiked my coffee or food or maybe both. Ever since I went there today everybody has been telling me that my eyes are puffy and blood shot. They wernt like that when I woke up. my speech is a little slury to. every once in awhile i get this funny feeling in me then it goes away for a while. I don't know what to do. Should I wait to see what happens or go to the ER. If it get's worse I defintly will go. A couple of months ago I almost died for an overdose from people spiking my drink. I was rushed to the ER I sopped breathing completely, so they put a venterator down my throat. I was paralized, I was having sezuires. The next day i was still laying in the hospital with a venterator down to my stomach so I could breath. I still wasn't breathing on my own the next day. But think god I was able to breath by the end of the day and move(barely able to move). Nobody will understand how afraid that im feeling weird today. all I have to think is, thnik, i remember last time somebody spike my drink(with PCP). I don't know what I should do.
