This morning I walked to work, about 16 city blocks, and I'm very pleased with myself. It took me almost 50 minutes, but the weather was nice and I just strolled along. I find it very difficult to incorporate exercise into my life. I work a lot and time is a scarce resource. It was a really pleasant and easy way to sneak in some exercise...I think I'll do this more often.
