Day before endoscopy

The reason for the endoscopy test is for the abdominal pain & frequent heartburn (which I experience without the "burn") The pain on my lower right is caused by an "suspicious" looking cyst on my right ovary that was recently discovered from a vaginal ultrasound. I also have a clear fluid smaller cyst on my left ovary as well as fibroids on my uterus. They will do a follow-up sonogram in a month to see if it grew.
