scared &sad

Im new to this forum but I've been addicted to pain pills& weed for close to 12 years and I cant stop no matter how hard I try.I just feel out of place if Im not High off something.Why does it have to be so hard?Any suggestions?

I'm the same pillpoppin, I got over a valium addiction and now trying to get of painkillers myself. Life is hard.Need to talk contact me anytime luvvy.
