Side effects

How is it going with the Provigil?  Have some of the side effects calmed a bit?  Is the lower dose of Florinef still working for you?  I hope you are feeling well!

I don't know if you are able to see my entire weight tracker, or just how many lbs?  If you can see the chart, you can see part of what is going on.  I can stand to lose the weight, because I gained weight on the higher dose of florinef, but it's going fast.  In addition to that, my tachycardia is still worse with the Provigil, and so far that hasn't calmed down any.  It's about 20-45 bpm faster for any given position/activity level than what my heart rate usually runs, including resting, until it wears off at night.  I'm also having a lot more respiratory effort and really gulping for air sometimes; according to my home nurse, that's because of the increased heart rate.  It's tolerable, but obviously I can't live with this long-term ... I'm just trying to bear with it under the hope that my body will adjust to it a bit.  I see my doctor soon and I guess we'll have to do something, not sure what yet.  In the meantime, I look ridiculous gulping away at the air.  :-p
