I have this pain in my lower left side of my stomach and I've had it for about almost two months now,I've seen my doctor who thought it was an ovary cyst but saw my gynocologist to get it checked but she said i was perfectly fine down there.I recently started to get the same pain in my lower left side of my back too and it's gotten worse,Im guessing it's constipation since I don't eat fiber on a regular basis but it's getting to the point where I loose my appetite and can't even lay down all the way because the pain persits.
If you go to your docs and say you think it may be constipation they should be able to give you lactose solution, its a very mild solution to help you :) and dw it doesn't give you diarahoea or anything, it just softens stuff up and helps your system work easier :) I had it before when i was backed up to the point that the part of your body that sorts it (im having a dumb day and can't remember what its called!) was getting hard and really uncomfortable and painful to rest on.
You could also try an over the counter remedy for it as there are lots of these :)

thanks yeah I plan on looking for some type of laxative haha the word just makes me laugh but yeah this pain kills,
