Today

I had my physical therapy appt today.  I had fallen 3 times since I saw her last.  Praise God I did not get hurt seriously.  I basically have no nerve function in my right leg.  It just flops.  I have to pull it up into bed, on couch whatever.  I have been really faithful on my exercises. My foot and ankle are a little stronger.  If there is no significant improvement by next week will get a nerve stimulator to try and zap the muscles into functioning more.  If I keep falling they als will look at a hinged splint to kep my knee from collasping and causing me to fall.  Guess the damageis all the rsult of the shingles I had.  I am using a 4 wheel walker to get aroung now.  I never thought I would be using one at this age.  My hubby never thought he would have to be a care taker either.  I rec my buss access pass which is the handicap bus giving me door to door service.  I feel like I have some independence now.  But...with my freq falling I am just a little hesitant to use it by myself.  Overall today has been a good day.  Sore and bruised from kissing the floor so much but my spirits are good.  Will share a quote I found in my Bible today.
