rough day

i work at a fast food rest. where u need to be moving on ur feet 7 or 8 hours a day, tho my doctor has given me a note that restricts my hours to 5-6. today i worked 5 and half and i was in pain or numbness so bad that i took 4 or 5
"50" mg every two hours, i dont know how much longer i can work. i am only bringing home $200 a week, on a good week.  I need to go on disability and i would be able to cut back my "take" since i wouldnt be on my feet all the time, when i work i take more, today it was at least 14. on a day i dont work i can cut back to 8, 4 twice a day. Bill collectors are calling me at work now.... Dont know what to do...

I am sorry for your struggles.  Your taking tram right?  All I really know about it is, contrary to popular belief, it is addicting. And unlike standard opiate painkillers it cannot be quit cold turkry and must be tapered off of.  You can have seizures if you cold turkey trams, due to its antidepressent qualities.  What brings your pain?  Is it back problems?  There is no easy answer here. Talk to your doctor about your intense pain..anyone with legit pain issues should not be on their feet so long.  And you should also be wary of abusing the trams.  Not a good thing..

I just wanted to offer some support.  Hope things get better soon for you.

i have gone off trams when i couldnt get any for up to 4 days. i didnt have seizures but felt like sh__. laying in bed except to go to the bathroom. My legs would feel like i had 30 lbs weights on them. and i couldnt sleep, even with taking a sleeping pill. 4 nights without sleep, not fun.  I have spinal stenosis, arthritis in my spine and sciatica. Alll effecting my lower back and legs. I also suffer from numbness and a tightness (like they are wrapped tight) in my feet and calves that the drs cant figure out. the trams help me move and give me energy. they dont take away the numbness but help them feel less tight. im afraid to tell the dr about the trams (i get them from internet) cause I just dont want anyone to know and im afraid to quit them.
thanks for the support
