Ow.

I am starting to think I may be developing arthritis in my index and middle fingers of my right hand.  The first and second knuckle on the index finger are sore and tender and the second knuckle on my middle finger.  They've been sore the for last 2 or 3 days and feel stiff.

I started taking a dose of 100 mg Lyrica in the morning to see if that would help me any more, I was worried about it causing dizziness.. I haven't had it cause the vertigo spells, so I don't know that it is the Lyrica causing that.  I'm not noticing any great differences while taking it during the day..

I had an EEG and AEP test done today and I go in two weeks from now for the results.  I'm not really concerned.

Still seeing Linda every Thursday.. I started talking to her this week about social security.  I've had to deal with my attorney a few times recently so it's been a fresh worry on my mind.  She helped me sit down and focus on a job setting and how I feel, what things come to mind when I see myself in that setting.  Nobody has ever told me to look at it that way.. I've had a very hard time figuring out what is wrong, I feel like I should be able to explain what all is going on with me, but feel like I can't.. I'm stressing out that my next hearing will go as badly as my first, with me bawling my eyes out the entire time.  So she recommended visualization of the next hearing and me being able to talk and answer questions.

I go in next Friday for a colonoscopy.. I'm not looking forward to that, but it will put an end to me thinking my colon could be stretched or have diverticulitis etc..

Health plan denied referral to physiatrist again. :-/  No pain management for me I guess.

My hands and feel have been really swollen most of the day today... ankles down and forearms down swollen.  

Did a lot today.. vacuumed out car and took the wipes to the interior, got her all spic n span.  Gardening.. two doctor appointments, but it was basically one appointment.. Had 2 small cups of coffee.. Put away laundry.. stripped bed.. washed sheets.. made bed.. Made half of dinner and cleaned up after dinner..

Exhausted and swollen.
