hysterectomy

Hey Everyone, :)

It's day 5 after my full hysterectomy and I'm doing GRRRRRRREAT.  But, even as good as I'm doing it's hard to sit at a desk top my body gets pretty mad at me.  LOL  :-P~~~

THANK YOU ALL for your LOVE, SUPPORT, PRAYERS, NOTES AND FRIENDSHIP.  I'll be filling you all in completely as soon as I feel up to sitting here more.  All is going well and QUICKLY for my recovery I seem to be doing better than most women's recovery stories I've read and heard about.  I HOPE AND PRAY for all who are recovering to recover QUICKLY without any problems.  They said the masses looked benign, but have my follow up on Thursday May 1st to find out for sure.  Unfortuanately, I have to drive myself to my appt, because nobody else is available.  Pray THAT goes smoothly for me and it's only 4 1/2 miles, but at 3:00pm the busy time of day.  :-X

I so look forward to being in touch with you all again when I'm up to sitting here.  I haven't read all the notes, but THANK YOU TO YOU ALL...........  :-D

This experience has me on a mission to start a LOCAL PHYSICAL SUPPORT GROUP.  I plan to talk with and meet other local women and BE THERE FOR THEM FOR RIDES to appt's and A PHYSICAL SUPPORT.  ALL THINGS HAPPEN FOR A REASON AND I'M USING THIS EXPERIENCE TO HELP OTHERS.

GOD BLESS YOU ALL...................  :)  Sharon

Sharon,
This is wonderful to hear - just really great news. I will continue to pray that the follow up appt will confirm that the masses were benign.  I am sorry to hear that you have to drive yourself - I wish you had family or even a good friend that could do it???

I think that your idea of a local physical support group is wonderful!  You are truly a generous person with a good heart and that shows in your emails.  I wish you the best on starting that group.  I am sure that it will be much appreciated and used greatly.

Even though you are doing so good, continue to REST and take care of yourself :)

Hugs,
Colleen
