Currently listening to CD1 of the Steven Ira Present 'Burn Off Body Fat Quickly and Automatically with Hypnosis'. It's the introduction to the hypnosis process.
40 minutes a day and can lose 15 pounds the first week? That'd be awesome. Me eating salads and healthier foods? That'd be stupendous.
I've thought for years that hypnosis might help me get over my food issues. I'm interested to see how this goes.
