Its been a week and half now since I have had this ring-wormish rash on both of my inner thighs.  They are about 3/4 inch in diameter, they haven't been itching alot, nor have they been burning.  They haven't gotten any bigger, I have been watching them and inspecting the area to see if I see any distinguish red bumps, or fluid filled vessels, but nothing of the sort.  How do I know if I can rule out genital herpes?  Do herpes bumps grow in size?  Do they often come with symptoms of headaches, fever or could I have a mild version of herpes without all the other symptoms and just don't know it?  They more resemble ring-worm, but can you have ring-worm in that area.  Any help on this will greatly appreciate it.

Mark.

Herpes usually come with a numbness in you back legs & buttock, the skin hurts. I usually get this before an outbreak. The weird thing is that the same symptoms come with the beginning of a hemorroid outbreak as well. I take Valtrex and I immediately take it when any sign or symptom appears. My husband and I have been married for 12 years & have 2 kids. We are very precautious & safe. Herpes bumps come in different sizes and shapes. I have never had an outbreak that was the same as a previous one. If you haven't used a cortizone cream you should try it first. Like Lamisil. Do not put this on any part of your vaginal area or the skin surrounding it.
