Abdominal Pains

Last month I was having some abdominal pains and I still have them. I went to the emergency room once they gotten bad and the doctor diagnosed me with a urinary track infection, and then gave me some antibiotics. once i had taken the antibiotics I had gotten really sick after on day high fever chills vomiitting diarreah and the abdominal pains gotten worst. I was then tested for several different things pregnancy, hiv, liver, and other test all which came back negative except for the liver test which was abnormal the first time my doctor sent me back a week later and the test were still abnormal but not as bad as the first. I was even hospitallized for one day and had a catscan and ultrasound which were normal.

i am still having abdominal pains including ongoing numbness in my toe as well as in my leg I dont know whats wrong with me or what else to do I have seen several doctors all to give me no real answers
