Well, Im starting off on day 5 and boy, can I feel an improvement. I had really bad anxiety yesterday till around noon, and then it went away completely by the evening. I stayed really busy all night till about 9:30. I took Natures Calm and 3 1mg Melatonins, and they did really help me relax and made me sleepy, but the anxiety won out last night. I tossed and turned all evening until I finally had to take a TylenolPM. That didnt quite knock me out, but it helped me get about 5 hours of sleep, which was good enough for me.Im a little tired this morning, but certainly not feeling anything like what I've felt like the past 4 days. I hope that I've gotten past the worst of it and remember what this felt like so that I dont do this ever again to myself. I've been taking L-Theanine since yesterday in the morning and at night, and I do feel it helps with the anxiety. It doesnt take it away, but it does curb it a bit. My stomach is still a little upset in the morning, but that hasnt been really bad at all. I hope that I improve everday. Could not have done it without this website and everyones support!
