Feeling alright except for some aches in side, joints and head, a little tired

I am feeling alright today except for some aches in side,joints, head, a little tired and maybe some brain fog. This is a new one thought it was because I was overwhelmed earlier in the week. I seem to have problems remembering info quickly at times. I usually have an amazing memory, I feel a little slow today, I wonder if this is another one of those side effects from hep C?
