Latest Drs. visit

I saw my GP yesterday & he is sending me to a neuro. This is the neuro that I have had 5 different people refer me to & he has a good reputation for being thorough & getting to the root of the problem, My Dr. says he still feels I have MS & that its progressing & that I'm way past due for a diagnosis. He wants to work with the neuro to find out whats going on with me & is going to call & personally talk to him about my case. He als tolds me that this neuro is very fair-minded as I was concerned about the last neuros report (the one that lied about my history as well as the tests she performed). I guess I'm hopeful & pray for God to give this neurologist wisdom. My Dr. also changed my meds around, I now take the zanaflex 3x daily & the requip 2x daily. My Dr. was going to fill out the form from MSAA for a free diagnostic MRI but decided to wait because he felt like the neuro would want to order the MRI with MS protocol himself but if not he will fill it out for me. I'm very pleased with my GP, he has already done more for me than the last one did in 3 yrs. He also listens, & generally seems caring plus he's the only one thats treated the symptoms. I dson't know when my appt with the new neuro is ,my Dr. says he is going to talk to him & then call & let me know when my appt is. I feel like even though its at a snails pace but hopefully & prayerfully I'm finally moving in the direction of a diagnosis.
