Ambien and Benzo

For those that use Ambien and do not think it is addictive be very careful. The generic name for Ambien is Zolpidem/stilnoct. This is a very informative website with tons of information on Ambien other Z class drugs and Benzos.

absolutely!!!!! they are psychotropic drugs, both the sleep meds AND the benzos....and are both very addictive and very difficult to withdraw from....i have experience with getting off of a benzo....
took ambien and ambien cr and sonata and lunesta, etc. etc.....none of them ever worked for me.....thank God!!!!!

people are told by doctors and commercials that ambien is non-habit forming non-narcotic. Now people that have used it for many weeks, months or longer are finding out it is the opposite. I will never take another sleeping pill.
Anyone that thinks this is not true should take Ambien for a few weeks and see.

absolutely......and google "theroadback" and take a look at their program....they lump benzos AND sleeping aids and anti-depressants together in that category.....VERY addictive and very habit forming and very difficult to get off of.....of COURSE it does weird things to your brain.....how could it not, for heaven's sake??!

hello, my name is carla, i took two 12.5 ambien cr one nite and my life has been hell since. extreme panic and anxiety, like i have never imagined before. has anyone ever had this experience with ambien?
