breast cancer patient now with recent findings of non calcified soft tissue nodules subcentimeter prevascular lymph node and 8 mm azygous node on left lung possible mets

does anyone have any information on what a 4.4 mm noncalcifed soft tissue nodule adjacent to the major fissure. Also 2 subcentimeter prevascular lymph nodes. Also a single 8 mm azygous node. All these were in the recent findings from my CT chest scan without contrast. I am a 4 year breast cancer survivor hoping for more years ahead, but am concerned with this recent ct radiology report. This is all on my left lung. My doctor didn't say anything but to get re checked in 2 months. It has been 2 months but am considering with my past cancer history to get a second opinion. Please if anyone knows what this could be I would appreciate your input. Thanks Brenda
