At 3 months post narcotic use...close anyway...these are the supplements that I found most useful...much more is recommended than what i can fit in a day as it would be alot of pills...i am also a petite person and have found these combos seem to be working for me
Tyrosine...for energy...up to 2000 mg 3x a day...I take 1000 mg doses as needed but every morning and afternoon seem to work for me
Theanine...for anxiety...200 mg as needed
5htp....up to 300 mg 3x a day...for mood stabilization and sleep..i take this only at night for sleep
Methionone up to 500 mg 3 x a day...mood stabilization..I take 500 mg twice a day
Glutamine up to 2000 mg 3x a day...i take 1000 mg 2-3 x a day as i have found this one to be useful for relaxation/not as predominant as theanine/ and energy as well
Phenylalanine/DLPA up to 2000 mg 3 x a day...I take 1000 mg 2 x a day..the body's natural pain killer
Taurine up to 2000 mg 3 x a day...found in energy drinks...I take 500 mg once a day of this one so far as i just started it
B complex...Big 50 byt GNC is a good one
EmergenC energy booster up to 3 packets a day..I took 3 packets during detox but now drink one packet each day with a glass of water..helps with the immune system and also has alot of vitamins especially C
A good multi-vitamin
Gaba 500 mg for sleep
It is hard to take all of this in one day sometimes but i do think it has helped me and i will cut them all down to once a day as i feel stronger
