We still have no info of what could be wrong,And now fighting back the anxiety,of not being able to breathe Due to the Tegretol .Dreadng every attack of the facial spasm that is so excruciating.and having know idea of what it is and how to stop it.It happens everynight between 9;30 and 11;30 It ususally last around 40 mins.We are wore out and just need some help or advice
