Well I am back from the Trans Atlantic cruise and I thoroughly enjoyed my two weeks away from reality, but all things must come to an end! Okay, so after readjusting to getting back to work and real life, I just wanted to wish everyone a great weekend. I was reading many posts and journals, and can really relate to what so many people are going through and just wanted to encourage everyone that there is hope. During my darkest moments in dealing with this, I never thought I would be able to enjoy taking a walk let alone, sailing across an ocean, but it can be done with an understanding of this cycle and a willingness to confront it.
Even though, this will always be a part of our lives, do not look at this as a disadantage. Look at it as a challange and even a blessing that you are going through this. I know it is hard to realize when we are going through this suffering, but it is during times of challanges and despair that we as humans are shaped. This whole experience has made me a more caring and patient person. I have also learned to enjoy life so much more.
So, I urge paitence with this, especially to the 'newcomers', because as you will see through reading other's posts and journals over a period of time, progress is made and people become much more well rounded because of this experience!
