I'm getting a little frustrated as the potholes in Indianapolis are growing bigger. Now that the winter is starting to be over, maybe the city can start filling in some of them! I feel like I'm navigating through an asteroid field! [Less]

Only my character Benly (and the story involved), has been created some point late 1995, possibly early 1996. That was before the bug movie Pixar and Disney made came out as well as the Dreamworks one. Some of my main characters were created fall of 1994, but I didn't start writing until 1995 some time in the winter. Yes these characters have been with me for a while. Not to say I didn't enjoy those movies. But for a while people suddenly started accusing me of taking infuence or copying the movie... If I took any cartoon inspiration one of them would likely be Land Before Time from Universal. Then possibly Lion king and other 2-D animated cartoons. The longneck's faces in LBT make me think more like my character's faces than the Bug's life characters.
