Yikes!  I see this has been a few years.  I hope she isn't trying to use that product any more.  Benzyl Benzoate is a suspect ingredient.  Limonene is bad if the person is allergic to citrus.  It's made from orange oil.  Fragrance would do it for me, and it can be anything.  Then, who knows what all those other chemicals are.  I do my best to just help my natural curls do their thing instead of fighting them, so, naturally, that means very dry hair to go with my dry skin.  I think she needs to use things with fewer ingredients, because it can help to narrow down which ingredient that causes the allergic reaction. I think it's better to use fewer styling products until she is sure what the culprit is, too.
