Was ready to go to Dr for prednisone and they went away .. lasted 48hrs.  How long do food allergy hives generally last?  We have mega food allergy experience but not with hives --- you'd think I would know having so much knowledge with food allergies but this came out of nowhere and not directly related to eating anything .. if so, it was delayed by hours from the last time she ate and that food contained almonds.

TreSemme 24 Hour Body :  Root Boosting Spray!!!!   Figured out what caused them!!!  They went away during the night with mega Benadryl and reappeared immediately upon spraying this hair product into her hair!!!!    Benadryl is controlling them and she washed her hair immediately . . . interesting to note my daughter's been complaining of gobs of hair falling out the past few days .. well, now we know why!!!!!

Going to look up some of the ingredients .. citronella oil is one I'm thinking may be the "root" (no pun) cause ??

I'd consider your Synthroid being the issue C

Hi -- it is my teen daughter.  Whew... not me .. good thought Stella on the Synthroid!    This child carries an epi pen for bee stings.     So she used the product right before dinner; a tiny bit spritzed on her arm and within seconds hives appeared! Thankfully this is easier to control contact with than peanuts.  She is lucky in that regard it isn't a food.
