Oh good, now I have Exploding Head Syndrome combined with this feeling like my brain's a crawling caterpillar. It's not shivers, not a fuzz feeling, it's literally like my brain is making the motions of an extremely fat caterpillar climbing, say, a tree. Squish, squish, slide bump. From back to front. It's not throbbing, it's not a quick shift, it's not floating, it's not this sensation of my brain doing something normal. IT'S A BLEEPING CATERPILLAR WALK. And at the end of it there's this squished spot that pudges back into place, just like when you poke a fatty spot on your body.
