the sore above his eye is what is known as Eosinophilic Granuloma Complex or EGC. its caused by allergies to certain foods or additives in the food. In his case it was chicken, a common allergen. Grains are another common allergen. With many trial and errors after we d/c chicken in his diet all the sores cleared up...-)

he's a Himalayan..yes they do indeed have gorgeous blue eyes and his coat is so silky soft, I think he's beautiful too-)
