It worked out well. This was the first time Swampy had ever made glutinous rice, in fact, he'd never seen it sold before yesterday. Since it takes a minimum 12 hours of soak time prior to cooking, Swampy doesn't think it will get made very often. But it tastes much better fresh cooked than it does in restaurants.
