You made me remember what I loved about Austin, TX. There is a gourd festival there, gourds are native and really thrive there. We could grow 18"ers and TX is the largest migratory bird habitat in North America, so we had all kinds of exotics living in them. Thanks for bringing that memory to the front of my mind.
