Thanks ladies.

Ellen I just bought another box of the same color and did an all over colour again. And that's how it came out. Still doesn't look like the colour on the box, but it's better then before

Are you going to keep it this color? It looks good but I know it can bug you if it isn't what you wanted. Did they show the color for the color your hair was before the change? Reds be so tricky.

Yeah I'm gonna keep the red. I like it.

Yes it showed on the box what it would like if your hair is this color or that color. Didn't come out looking the same colour as the box.

I figured reds can be tricky. I got red highlights put in one time, and they came out looking more like a dark purplish colour.

I find my hair is tricky to colour for whatever reason. I can dye my hair a dark brown and it'll come out brown with red in it

It could be the base color. It should be noted on the box. They seldom come out like the box though. Maybe a different base color will cover the purple.
