Actually this is not our house but a coffee shop we like. Unfortunately we will not be back in our home for another, projected 2 months. Everything from the roof to floors will be replaced, including all the drywall, because of asbestos being not only in the popcorn ceiling, but also the rocky sparkely stuff it is also in the joint compound that was used for the knock down texture on the walls. That and all soft goods, the couches clothes beds and bedding towels etc. are gone. Everything will be new, everything.
