I am not a medical professional but the issue looks more like a spinal cord/brain stem issue rather than or in addition to Chiari....??? I am not sure again not a medical professional..
Also, I am looking for a herniation....I do not know how to tell if the skull area is too small and to be classified Chiari......so in saying that ....I can not say it is not Chiari at all either,,,,just not fitting the classification most Drs have to DX Chiari.
