I speak to my sponser around 5pm (after one of my meetings, been hitting my home group and 2 others everyday, I need to go a lot right now) and I will follow your advice about the "mind screw" gnarly and talk to my sponsor. Thank you both for your responses. I feel total honesty is important too, but I'm conflicted about this one. I do have a sponsor, just started with her yesterday

Cognitive behavioral therapy is great for this, as well as other ...

Most people masturbate from puberty on, like, for life. So if you're dirty, the rest of us are all huge pigs lol! Yes, this is your anxiety finding ways to scare you. Aside from medication, are you in therapy? This is very important with anxiety, as meds only treat the symptoms, not the anxiety itself.
