Have you ever been on Topotecan? I think I remember you were on Doxil about a year ago...is that right? The only problem with Topotecan is that I don't think it is normally given along with other chemos, but I could be wrong. As with all chemos, everyone reacts differently. Ascites by itself is not a clear indication of cancer. It can happen with other conditions, too, and only says there is inflammation present. Unfortunately, as you already know, there is no way to know for sure if cancer is present without pathology. A 25 mg dose of Aromasin is a tiny little pill. I don't know that it could (or should be) split. As far as the bone pain goes, I imagine you have been through worse. You do have pain killers, and that always helps take the edge off, at least. Compared to Taxol bone pain, Aromasin is not as bad. It's a different pain, too. Taxol got me in my joints, where...
