I know strange question. But I used to be a ring size 7 back in 2008. I am now up to about an 8 or 8 1/2
So do you think when I lose the right amount of weight that my fingers will also lose the fat..or are there certain exercises I should do to lose finger fat?

So I assumed I gained back the 5lbs I lost on my week one. I jumped on the scale and got happy to know I did great. I lost 3 pounds this week. :D
