I apologize for not saying that I too am happy that you found a new love! I was so concerned about what you wrote, that I didn't think about the"human" side of your letter! I agree with what the others have written about telling us of your age and menstrual history. I too had very painful, heavy, and long periods and had to take meds...

I would go to the Emergency Room now, for you have been having symptoms of an anaphylactic response to an antibiotic and it is affecting your whole body. I am glad that you are better after taking the Benadryl and Alavert, but since it is taking this long for you to get over it, a medical evaluation is necessary. You often don't have reactions until 5...

All nuts are classified as fatty foods, but most have a small amount of carbohydarates and protein in them too. This chart tells you how many grams of carbohydrates and fat are in different types of foods and are grouped by type of food. Go down to the Nuts and Seeds area and you will find the carbohydrates, protein and calorie amounts for the different ...

I would go and see a doctor about this, for you might have a bony spur that is pressing on a nerve. Did it start suddenly, as in after an injury or a highly active sport, or, did it come on gradually? This info. will give the doctor an idea of what tests or x-rays he might order for you. Good Luck!

I would see your doctor about this very soon, as folks with hypoglycemia may develop diabetes later on. You may have pre-diabetes, and need to go on a diabetic diet. Meanwhile, make sure you have both protein and carbohydrates with all meals, and with all snacks, which you seem to be doing. You also might need to get a dietary consult and/or see an endocri...

I would go see your gynecologist or to an emergency room if you are having a lot of bleeding and cramping, for there is the possibility that you are having or had a miscarriage,

Do you have acid reflux or GERD? I have had sore throats that turned out to be acid burns from gastric reflux. And, acid reflux will irritate your Eustachian tubes too, but I'm not sure if fluid will accumulate in it as a result. I would go to an ear nose throat specialist [otorhinolayngologist] and see what they say.

I would recommend keeping a food diary and seeing what foods you eat the most. Then, I would try one of the allergy elimination diets where you eat only foods for a few days that are almost never reacted to and start adding 1 food at a time to see if you react to it. I also would suggest seeing a gynecologist, and making sure that all is well with your in...

Thank you so much for the information! There is no history of this in my family, but there also was no breast cancer and my sister was diagnosed with it at age 29 in 1978- and died in 1980. But, I knew none of my Dad's Swedish ancestors beyond my aunts and uncles and cousins, for all were dead before I was born, and only my mother's mother and...
