You said: ..... In my case I will start feeling nauseated and then break out in a sweat. After that it feels like I'm going to pass out. So far for me it only lasts 15 mins or so and then passes.... I get the same thing, usually the nausea seems to reach a kind of "fever pitch" type of peak and then *bam* I break out in sweat all over, sh...

I just ordered this magnesium supplement. I have no experience with magnesium and I have never taken it before so I do not know if this is a good brand or dosage or what have you... It is backordered so I wont get it for a few weeks, but once I get it and start taking it I will try to set up a journal about it and let everyone know if it makes a difference ...

Gymdandee wrote...............In reality, patenting these vitamins to treat dementia is like patenting water to treat thirst. But since Big Pharma has been busily slapping patents on everything from niacin to fish oil, it's hardly surprising anymore........ Couldn't agree more. ........... If problems with the patch not sticking persist, cover the patch with Bioclusive or Tegaderm. ...........(Brenndy) The only, and I mean ONLY thing I could find to keep those buggers on was the Tegaderm. I just put it right on top of it and made sure it was pressed down all around. Every other tape I tried would either fall off, or cause a ...

Thanks for your answers, I think I am going to try "scheduled" napping with a CD I ordered. (Of course I ordered it online last night in the throes of insomniac desperation, lol!) It has "healing" sounds for the duration of each napping track, and then chimes at the end to either wake you up, or if you are still awake, to let you know i...

okay, I have a hard time sleeping like most fibro patients seem to. I have tried and continue to hunt for something to help me sleep through the night. (but I am not holding my breath, lol) Do you nap or no? If you are a napper, how long do you nap for? Does it help your fatigue or pain levels? Some things online say napping helps, other things s...

Hi all, Since being diagnosed I want to order some books on fibro for both myself and to give to my husband and family members. What books have you found helpful as far as dealing with everything that fibro seems to cause. Thanks in advance :)
