Cramping is a good sign. It could be a sign your little emvie/s are snuggling in, Also at this time being it was a 5dt you should be able to do a HPT if you choose Good Luck

Also sperm can live up to 48hrs if not longer. So if you had sex in the days before O this couls result in a pregnancy

Most recommend starting on CD7 which is the 7th day after AF starts so its all depends on when you started AF more than likely you should be resting at this time

You need to determine when you are ovulating that is your time to BD in order to achieve or try to achieve a pregnancy. I suggest you get some OPK's so you can see when this is. Good Luck

Follicle Acid is good for a health baby. When you are trying to concieve its best to take follic acide before not after for example. Also id you are trying to concieve its best to limit your alchol consumption. Good Luck
